Hi,
the printing seems to be disabled in the new version 2.6.1.6 of Close Talk Control, is there any setting I need to do!?

Hi,
sorry for the problem, this is a known issue and will be fixed ASAP. Until a new version is ready, the printing function can be brought back by doing the following:
1: Right-click the Close Talk Control shortcut program icon on the start menu and choose "Properties" (or the equivalent in your local language).
2: Click the "Compatibility" tab on the top
3: Enable "Compatibility mode" by ticking the checkbox before "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
4: Click the combo box under and select "Windows 2000"
5: Click OK to exit the properties window
Printing should now be available.
